We are going to start by talking about your wedding day. We will discuss your guest count, your desired wedding day events from getting ready to your exit send-off. Then, we will discuss what types of photos are most important to you.
Depending on your answers I will formulate a tentative wedding day schedule. This will include my arrival time to my departure time, and all type of shots in between. So you can get a better understanding of how many hours you need.
01. How We Start
(Once Booked with me) Once a tentative timeline has been created, you will need to share it with your day coordinator or your wedding planner.
Provide me with your wedding planner and/or coordinator's information, so that I can reach out to them to help finalize your timeline.
Share your finalized timeline with all important family, friends, and your bridal party. This helps to keep everyone on the same page and what to expect.
02. How We Proceed
GETTING READY EVENTS
Brunch with the bridal party photos
Bride getting ready photos
Groom getting ready photos
Brides first look with her dad photos
Brides first look with her groom/gift exchange photos
Formal family/bridal party photos during cocktail hour
Pictures of guests at table prior to food being served
A wedding timeline is important to have, as it not only keeps all your vendors on track, but ensure's that your photographer is able to capture all the important details that you desire on your special day. Below are some examples & tips to help create a more perfect timeline.
